DSRIP

Since the beginning, HWNY has been working with 13 of the 25 Performing Provider Systems (PPSs) across New York state to support workforce DSRIP project needs, spanning training delivery, recruitment and retention efforts, data tracking, and workforce reporting.

Integrated Training Systems

HWNY customized a solution for OneCity Health PPS to deploy trainings across multiple healthcare organizations, track registration, report completions for a multitude of metrics, and integrate for seamless access to trainings for Health + Hospitals employees.
In total, the OCH Learning Management System supports training delivery to 120,000 healthcare employees across the PPS Network.

SIPPS wanted to assess the day-to-day impact their trainings they had invested in were having on participants work performance. After collaborating with them and determining the best course of action, we designed and developed a comprehensive evaluation function which sent an email to all participants who had completed a training.

In order to manage this, 1199TEF needed a powerful, all-encompassing training management and reporting system. More specifically, they needed one platform with eight custom-designed portals to provide access to trainings, collect and map data, and report per specific requirements.
HWNY deployed HWapps with eight custom integrated portals for learning management and recruitment tracking.
